1) Couple interesting trailers for BBC’s zombie rehab series In The Flesh on io9.

2) Listen to a clip of Benedict Cumberbatch singing in the audio adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s Neverwhere. It’s playing on BBC’s Radio 4 Saturday — I really hope it will be online!

3) 7 Geeky-Cool Translations of Hamlet on mental_floss.

4) Inspired by the success of the Veronica Mars movie Kickstarter, Zachary Levi wants to make a Chuck movie even more.

5) Here’s a half-inch Millennium Falcon made out of paper.

1) Limited Edition Hobbit Moleskine notebooks!

2) The first official plot synopsis for Star Trek Into Darkness is revealed. Still no idea who Benedict Cumberbatch is playing.

3) New set photos from Catching Fire (spoilers if you haven’t read the book).

4) The cast of BBC Radio’s production of Neverwhere is freaking amazing. (Benedict Cumberbatch really is in everything, isn’t he?)

5) Here’s the first official clip from The Hobbit in which Gandalf gives Sting to Bilbo. I’m really surprised there hasn’t been an official clip before — the release is only 2 weeks away!

1) Here’s a story for you fans of cross-dressing heroines (like me :) ) and general historical woman awesomeness: “Male Explorer Revealed To Be a Female Two Centuries After Being Awesome” at The Mary Sue.

2) Via author Michelle Rowen, this “Guide to 80s Teen Book Series” is a flashback straight out of my childhood Scholastic bookclub order forms.

3) Benedict Cumberbatch has replaced Benicio Del Toro as the villain in the next Star Trek movie. This makes me happy, and gives even more people to opportunity to say “Benedict Cumberbatch”. I think his name has done more for his fame than his acting (which is very good).

4) What if Dr. Seuss drew Batman? This!

5) Want to work across the hall from me? Harlequin digital has a job opening for a Web Copy Editor (Toronto office).
